Private Music Lessons in Langley
Saturday 1:30pm for 30 min. with Noelle K
Miss Noelle is currently completing her Bachelor of Music degree in violin at UBC studying under Professor David Gillham. Spending her entire childhood dedicated to violin, piano, and harp, she has a passion for helping children discover a love and interest for the exciting wonders of music. She believes that each student is unique and adjusts her teaching style accordingly. She has her ARCT in harp performance along with her RCM Grade 10 in piano and violin. She has studied with Professor Taras Gabora, Martina Smazal, Elizabeth Volpe Bligh (harp), and Ann Shih taking from each of them unique perspectives on technique and performance. Throughout her career she has also participated in masterclasses from which she has had the opportunity to learn from Judy Loman, Sasha Boldachev, and Ann Yeung. Some of her accomplishments include performing in the opening Gala of the World Harp Congress in 2011, winning the VYSO’s concerto competition for violin in 2012, and travelling to Italy for the Caselmaggiore Music Festival where she performed in several concerts as a soloist and chamber musician. She looks forwards to taking her experiences and passing them on to her students.
