Stage Dance

Stage dance is a style of dance that integrates acting along with dance. It is a theatrical representation of a story. In a stage class students learn how to emote with instruction using theatrical games, improvisation and expression. This is all incorporated into the choreography that the teacher develops for their dance. Most stage dances are very theatrical with students lip syncing or even having spoken dialogue as part of their performance. Stage classes are open to students ages 12-18.
